WA Platform is a product of STEVEDEV DIGITAL SERVICES , a business registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under RC 9284055. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

STEVEDEV DIGITAL SERVICES is duly registered and approved to operate this business in Nigeria. This Platform is one of our products, provided under the company's registered name.

2. The service we provide

The Platform lets you connect one or more WhatsApp numbers and manage messaging, groups, contacts, status updates, media, and automations for those numbers from a single dashboard.

3. Important notice about how connections work

WhatsApp numbers on this Platform connect using Baileys, a widely-used, independently-built, open-source library that communicates with WhatsApp's consumer app protocol. Baileys is not an official WhatsApp product, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp has not approved this method of connecting a number.

We want to be plain about what this means in practice. This is not necessarily a risk to your data on our end — we have taken reasonable safety and security measures on our side of the connection. The exposure, if any, sits on WhatsApp's side: because this connection method is unofficial, WhatsApp may, at its own discretion and without notice to us, restrict, rate-limit, or ban a number that connects this way. We do not control and cannot guarantee WhatsApp's treatment of any number.

You should use the Platform at your own discretion, understanding this trade-off. You must not use the Platform, or any number connected through it, for spam, fraud, harassment, deceptive practices, or any other illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that we reasonably believe is being used for illegal purposes, regardless of whether that use has been reported to us by a third party or WhatsApp.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the legality of the messages, broadcasts, and automations you send;
  • You must only connect numbers you own or are authorized to manage;
  • You must keep your login credentials and any two-factor or passkey setup secure; and
  • You must comply with WhatsApp's own terms of service in addition to ours, where applicable.

5. No warranty on WhatsApp availability

Because the underlying connection method is unofficial, we cannot promise uninterrupted access to WhatsApp through the Platform. Connections may drop or require re-pairing if WhatsApp changes its protocol or restricts a number. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform working but do not guarantee continuous availability of any individual WhatsApp connection.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STEVEDEV DIGITAL SERVICES is not liable for any loss of access to a WhatsApp number, loss of messages, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss caused by action taken by WhatsApp against a connected number.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and disconnect your numbers at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
